Auditions will take place Tuesday, September 2nd, from 4-6:00 p.m. in MC 116. Pre-registration is REQUIRED. Sign up and come ready to DANCE!

This year's Faculty Dance Concert, directed by Visiting Assistant Professor Joshua Yago Mora, is scheduled to take place on October 31and November 1 & 3 in the Randall L. Jones Theatre. This concert will feature new works by SUU Dance Faculty members, as well as special guest artist John Mead. 

This performance opportunity constitutes a course. Selected performers are required to enroll in DANC 4300 Dance Ensemble (1-2 credits). For the John Mead rehearsal process, selected dancers MUST be available for the entire length of the process. 

Rehearsal Period:

Most rehearsals for the Faculty Dance Concert will begin September 8 - November 3, though some will occur beginning September 3 to accommodate faculty away dates. Faculty Choreographers will rehearse 4-7:00 p.m., two days per week, with the opportunity for pre-arrange pick-up rehearsals on Fridays from 4-7:00 p.m. and some select Saturdays. 

John Mead's cast will rehears Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4-7:00 p.m. and the following Saturdays: September 13, 20, & 27 from 2-5:00 p.m.
