Dr. Melinda Ford - Associate Professor of Accounting

(SUU Signature Lecture Series)

Melinda Ford is an Associate Professor in the Accounting Department in the Dixie L. Leavitt School of Business. She teaches Financial and Managerial Accounting courses.

Her professional experience is in corporate accounting for both manufacturing and service firms. In addition, she has also provided strategic and operational consulting to local and international firms.

Mel is most passionate about corporate governance and business ethics, which is reflected in her research to date. She primarily explores how individuals make decisions of an ethical nature in business settings using experiments.
