The SUU Tree Board is inviting all of the members of the University and the community in Cedar City to come and celebrate Arbor Day at the SUU community garden on Tuesday Mar 26, 2024 at 1pm. We are going to have 6 different working stations where we will work on:

• The many benefits of Urban Native Plant Gardens: You would receive native flower seeds.

• Bee hotel construction: You will take home a bee hotel.

• Vermicomposting: How to build a worm composting bin at home.

• Tree scavenger hunt: With many prices to give away.

• SUU seed library: What is it, and you can have over 50 varieties of vegetables and flowers seeds for your garden.

• Pruning 101: Basic principles about how to prune your fruit trees or house plants.
