Dean Rice, a senior Theatre Arts Education major, is working as the Educational Outreach Director and Literary Manager of SUU's production of Julius Caesar, running this fall. Their panel, Art & Ambition: 1960s Art & Shakespeare's Julius Caesar, will discuss the art movements of the 1960s, as shown by the Southern Utah Museum of Art's (SUMA) '60s band poster collection, and their interplay with the themes and design of SUU's neo-noir take on Shakespeare's Julius Caesar. The panel comprises Rice, members of the Julius Caesar production team, and staff members from SUMA.

This panel will take place on October 3, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. in the SUMA classroom. This event is free and open to all.
