Southern Utah University Aviation Department will host the SUU Aviation Career Fair on Thursday, March 28, 2024 from 10am-3pm. This event will be held at Southern Utah University's Hangar 1 location at 2410 Aviation Way, Cedar City, Utah 84721. It will be made available to all students, but especially those interested in aviation (Fixed-Wing, Rotor-Wing, and maintenance). The keys to a successful fair experience are preparation and follow-up. Here is a checklist to help you get prepared:

-Research the list of participating employers through Handshake
-Get your resume reviewed by Grace Lewsader in Hangar 1, Room 201 or by email at gracelewsader@suu.edu
-Prepare your 30-second introduction
-Make sure you are dressed in business professional clothing and have copies of your resume
-Visit the SUU Career center for professional clothing options
-Don't forget to ask for business cards at the fair so you can follow up with thank you notes
-Visit our event on handshake to see the employers that have signed up
