Join the Department of Theatre, Dance, & Arts Administration for Candlelight Yoga on the last Friday of every month this semester! Join us in the Multipurpose Center 116 from 8-9:00 p.m. to destress and find the inner peace you need to get through your classes! Suggested donation of $5. All proceeds will go to ACDA.

These classes, taught by Danielle Lydia Sheather, will lead students through Vinyasa (flowing through postures) standing series, followed by a seated Yin (held postures with breath work) practice. The culmination of the class will be a meditation of deepening our connection to the self and others through guided principles of visualization.

Along with her years of teaching dance, performing and choreographing, Danielle is a certified Yoga Instructor (RYT 500hr, ERYT 200hr) and has taught for New York Yoga, Sonic Yoga, and Dharma Yoga in New York City. She received her training at Sonic Yoga followed by Dharma Yoga under Sri Dharma Mittra.
