This event kicks off the Homecoming Saturday and is sponsored by the SUU Emeriti (retired SUU faculty and staff), along with the Alumni & Student Alumni Associations. The annual Pancake Breakfast lead into the highly anticipated Homecoming Parade. Stop by and watch the Emeriti flip approximately 1,000 pancakes and enjoy a delicious breakfast, visit with others, and grab a great spot to watch the parade. Sponsored by SUU Alumni Association, the Emeriti Association, and Parent & Family Serivces.
