University Housing RE-OPEN for Spring 2026

• New and Returning Residents 

• Jan. 3, 2026 10am-6pm OR Jan. 4, 2026 1pm-6pm  OR  Jan 5 + (Monday-Friday 8a-5p)

New Incoming Spring 2026 Residents: Go to the Housing Office in Eccles A to check-in during the times listed above. Peers are not permitted to allow you access into the suite prior to check-in with staff.

Returning Residents: Key Access Resumes 10am Jan 3. Please return during the times above as we will be staffed to assist in case of issues. ***If you have mobile credentialing and received a new phone over the break; you will need to first go to the NEST as your phone will NOT work initially until they remove your old credentials to allow your new phone to work. Please see the closing information for more details about closing, break and re-opening.

ONLY those on the Winter Break Housing Roster are permissible on Housing Properties over the Winter Break until we reopen Jan 3 10am.
