In commemoration of Juneteenth, please join SUMA’s Director of Curatorial Affairs, Dr. Becky Bloom, for a special tour that will highlight the role of art as history, biography, and activism. The tour will focus primarily on The Past in Present: Art in Times of Crisis, but will also feature a selection of artworks from SUMA’s collection created by Black artists and displayed in celebration of this important holiday.
