On Pace Pit Service is gearing up — and we’re recruiting motorsport enthusiasts, travelers, and adrenaline-seekers to join us as we launch!

Unlike traditional pit crews, On Pace Pits offers “Pit Guys for Hire” — meaning you can work with different racing teams across multiple motorsport disciplines, both in the U.S. and internationally. Travel, compete, support real racing teams, and be part of the action.

We’re hiring now for 1099 contractor roles (with opportunities for part-time/full-time as we grow). Work is event-based and FCFS. Lodging + at least one meal per event day included.

Open Roles:
• Pit Mechanics (All Skill Levels!) – From seasoned wrenchers to total beginners. Some teams just need reliable hands, drivers, or safety support.
• Secretary / Operations Support – Scheduling, communication, coordination, event logistics.
• Social Media + Content Crew – Photographers, videographers, editors, and on-camera personalities who want access to insane motorsport content.

Have another skill that fits the pits? Bring it. We want people who add value and energy.
