Guided by Shelby Rickart, director of Puppets in the City educators will learn how to make a simple puppet, how to apply movement and voice techniques to bring the puppet to life and how they might use puppetry techniques in their classrooms. Time and mentorship will also be provided to create lesson plans that incorporates puppetry into individual classrooms and curriculum. Designed for K-12 educators.
