David M. Grant is an Assistant Professor of Accounting and Business Law at Southern Utah University, where he teaches courses in business law and taxation to undergraduate and graduate students at the Dixie L. Leavitt School of Business. He also maintains a legal practice at the law offices of Grant Morris Dodds, PLLC, where he is a founding member and where he handles the estate planning and business law needs for families in Southern Nevada and Southern Utah. David also regularly speaks and writes on topics of trusts and estates, taxation, and asset preservation. Mr. Grant is licensed to practice law in Nevada and Utah.
