Michael Rogers is the founder of The Teamwork and Leadership Co. and the author of several books on culture, teamwork, and leadership. He is also an Assistant Professor of Management at Southern Utah University.

Previously, Michael spent over 20 years in middle and senior leadership roles, retiring early from Aetna, a Fortune 50 company, in 2017.

He and his wife, Terri, live in Cedar City, Utah. Married for 38 years, they have six sons, two daughters, and twelve grandchildren.
