Rachel is a passionate Registered Dietitian and Certified Nutrition Coach dedicated to helping clients achieve balanced eating habits, overcome disordered eating patterns, and reach their goal weight. With years of professional training and personal experience as a former dieter and high school athlete, Rachel brings a unique perspective to her practice.

 

Specializing in macro balancing and craving management, Rachel empowers clients to enjoy food without guilt while achieving their health goals. Her approach combines physiological and psychological aspects of nutrition, drawing from her own journey of overcoming food obsession and restrictive dieting.

 

Rachel’s mission is to simplify the complex world of nutrition, providing clients with practical tools and education to transform their relationship with food. She aims to free her clients from constant food-related thoughts, enabling them to lead more fulfilling lives.
