Steve and Ginger Hitz

Founders of Launching Leaders Worldwide/ Metal Arts Foundry

Steven and Ginger Hitz describe themselves as Baby-Boomers with Millennial hearts. They study, think like, celebrate, and mentor the rising generations. As serial entrepreneurs, they have founded several businesses and have employed more than 10,000 young adults.

They are founding members of Launching Leaders Worldwide Inc., a 501C3 charitable organization that teaches personal leadership principles that empower and transform. Launching Leaders is facilitated in over 86 countries around the world with over 5000 enrolled students. Steve is the author of the curriculum books “Launching Leaders: An Empowering Journey for a New Generation”, and “Entrepreneurial Foundations for Twenty and Thirty Somethings”, both available at Deseret Book and on Amazon, as well as the soon-to-be-released “Igniting the Holy Flame: Building Communities of Love from the Ashes of Negative Religious Culture”.

In 2018, Steve was honored with a Global Business and Interfaith Peace Medal from the Religious Freedom and Business Foundation in collaboration with the United Nations Global Compact Business for Peace, Global Compact Network Korea, and the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations.

Together, their entrepreneurial ventures have included insurance, banking, farming and cattle, appraisal management, real estate, and numerous franchise operations.

They have devoted their lives to coming alongside the rising generations in particular but have found the lessons for them are the same lessons every human being needs to consider.

They have five children and twelve grandchildren and reside in Cedar City Utah.

Kevin Maag

Kevin Maag is the owner and builder of Metal Arts Foundry, working with artists all over the world in the creation of their art.  You can see these creations in all facets of life from cathedrals and art galleries to airports and convention centers to name a few.  The art includes sculptures, monuments, public art and architectural renderings.

In addition to his Metal Art Foundry, Kevin is an active real estate developer, entrepreneur and philanthropist.  He and his wife love to travel. He loves anything with a motor and is a true life handyman and restorer of equipment.
