Finding Success in Animal Services (FSAS) explores the foundations of the field of animal services and prepares participants to support change and learn the importance of data. During the seven-week course, students will learn about career opportunities within the field, programs that support lifesaving and become more confident in leading change. Topics covered include engaging the community, effectively working in the shelter environment, enhancing organizational culture, building resilience, successfully forming partnerships, and much more. 

Successfully completing FSAS results in a digital microcredential that, when stacked together with the Dog Lifesaving Fundamentals and Cat Lifesaving Fundamentals, completes the Contemporary Animal Services Fundamentals Certificate.
