The Shakespeare Competition is open to any school––public or private/parochial/charter––of middle or high school age, as well as homeschool groups, alternative schools, and after-school programs/studios/groups. It cultivates the art of theatre, dance, and music by providing opportunities for active observation of peer and professional performances, presentation of educational creations based on Shakespeare’s works, and personal evaluation by working professionals.
